Carriage House Property Survey

The Iron River Public Library Board of Trustees has appointed a work group to recommend public uses and improvements for the Carriage House Property which lies immediately south of the library.

The Carriage House was constructed in 1902 and is being considered for listing in the National Registry of Historic Buildings. It was acquired by the Town of Iron River in 2023 and has recently been fitted with a new roof and iron fencing along the south property boundary.
