. The library would like to introduce a heart stealer and furry friend that goes by the name of Otto. Otto is a therapy dog, and along with his owner Megan will be visiting the Evelyn Goldberg Briggs Memorial Library one day a month to enjoy visits with Iron River Elementary School children. Though the librarian would love to welcome all pets into the building, Otto, has a special dispensation and he will be eager to hear some good books and in turn the students will build their reading experience.
