Blueberry Reader Marathon & Half Marathon

Sunday, September 7, 2025 - 8 am to 2 pm (Tentative)

Join us the first full weekend in September for Run Iron River WI! This event starts in Iron River, Wisconsin and meanders through the beautiful surrounding Northwoods. This year there will be two separate events:

The Spider Lake Run
Saturday, September 6, 2025

  • 2 mile, 5K, or 10K race

  • Begins & ends at the Iron River VFW Post #10197

  • $20 for any age Student or Senior age 55+ on or before Aug 30th; $30 After Aug 6th

  • $30 for an Non-Student age 18+ on or before Aug 30th; $40 After Aug 6th

  • Offers medals in multiple age categories

The Blueberry Reader Run
Sunday, September 7, 2025

  • Marathon & Half Marathon race

  • Begins & ends at White Winter Mead, Cider & Spirits

  • $50 per runner for any age

  • Runners will receive a finisher medal and shirt

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Participant Assumption of Risk and Release: Knowingly and at my own risk, I hereby apply to enter Run Iron River and waive and release any claim or damage that I incur as a direct result of my participation in the event against the IRACC; it's Board; The Friends of the Evelyn Goldberg Briggs Memorial Library; the VFW; White Winter Mead, Cider & Spirits; the Town of Iron River; the Town of Oulu; the Town of Tripp; Bayfield County; all sponsors, volunteers, and participants for said injuries. I certify that I am physically fit to participate in the race. I understand that my entry fee is not refundable.

I give permission to IRACC & EGBML to use and/or publish my photograph from this even without compensation.
